Reactivation and Termination

Upon completion of the exclusion period, access to the Services may be restored in accordance with Bd10's Terms and Conditions and applicable laws. Bd10 may require identity verification and may apply restrictions or additional controls consistent with regulatory obligations prior to re-entry.

Bd10 will retain records of the self-exclusion for the period required by applicable privacy, anti‑money laundering, and regulatory obligations. Data retention, archival, and deletion will be conducted in accordance with Bd10’s Privacy Policy and relevant law.
