Bd10 offers promotions from time to time, including bonuses, free spins, cashback, and gifts (collectively, “Promotions”). These Bonus Terms govern participation in any Promotion offered by Bd10. Each Promotion may have its own customer terms; in the event of inconsistency, the Promotion terms prevail. By accepting a Promotion, you consent to comply with these Bonus Terms and any applicable Promotion Terms. Eligibility and account integrity

One Bd10 account per person. Promotions are issued per household and may be restricted by IP address, email address, telephone number, or payment method. Bd10 may suspend or close accounts suspected of duplication or abuse. If multiple accounts are detected, Bd10 reserves the right to consolidate funds and revoke bonuses or winnings as appropriate. Bd10 may require identity verification before crediting any bonus, free spins, or offer.

Participation and entry requirements

  • Some Promotions require active opt‑in; others are automatically credited. It is your responsibility to opt in where required and to decline marketing communications if you do not wish to receive them.

Balance handling and wagering requirements

Deposits create a Cash Balance. Eligible bonuses create a Bonus Balance. When wagering, funds from the Bonus Balance are used to satisfy wagering requirements. If a wager uses both Cash and Bonus Balances (a “mixed bet”), winnings are credited to the Bonus Balance and count toward the wagering requirements as applicable. Wagering requirements must be met before any Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. If you withdraw before meeting wagering requirements, the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings may be forfeited. The default wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus amount unless a Promotion states otherwise. Audit, verification, and compliance

Bd10 reserves the right to audit gameplay and transaction logs to detect potential abuse or fraud. By participating, you consent to such audits. In such cases, Bd10 is not obligated to refund any funds beyond your original deposit amounts.

Changes to terms and Promotions

Bd10 may amend, suspend, or terminate any Promotion or these Bonus Terms at any time to comply with legal or regulatory requirements or to address material issues. When feasible, Bd10 will provide notice of material changes. Continued participation in Promotions after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Bonus Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which Bd10’s licensing authority operates. Any disputes arising in relation to Promotions shall be resolved by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
