Bd10 Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all uses of Bd10 services. By registering an Bd10 account you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Bd10 may amend these terms from time to time; amendments take effect upon publication and apply to all accounts, including those already opened.

Definitions

  • Account: your Bd10 player account used to access Bd10 products and services.
  • Bonus: any promotional funds or offers provided by Bd10 that may be subject to wagering requirements or other restrictions.
  • Deposit Wallet and Real Wallet: internal balances used to manage funds for promotions and real money wagering, respectively.

Eligibility to Play

Account Opening and Security

You must respond within seven (7) days of a request. Failure to provide documents may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals or account suspension.

Geographic and Regulatory Restrictions

Bd10 reserves the right to refuse service to residents of any jurisdiction where the operation of Bd10 services is prohibited or restricted by law.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All deposits and withdrawals must be conducted in the name of the account holder. Bd10 supports payment methods available in the jurisdiction of the user and reserves the right to suspend or refuse transactions for security or compliance reasons. Transfers between Bd10 wallets and external accounts are subject to verification and may be blocked if noncompliant. Bd10 may impose limits on transactions and require additional documentation to process withdrawals.

Bonuses and Promotions

Promotional offers may be made available from time to time and shall be subject to separate terms. Bonuses are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are satisfied. System Performance, Miscarriages and Refunds

Bd10 strives for reliable operation of its platforms. In the event of a system malfunction, all affected wagers may be void and refunds credited to the appropriate balance. If a game miscarriage occurs, Bd10 will refund the wagered amount to the player’s account or provide a direct payout in an approved manner if the account no longer exists. If a player’s credit exists at the time of a miscarriage, the value of that credit will be refunded as applicable.

Liability, Indemnity and Limitation

Bd10 provides the services on an as is basis. Bd10 does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the software is free from errors. Bd10 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the services. You agree to indemnify Bd10, its officers, directors, employees and agents against any losses or damages arising from your use of the services, including fraudulent activity, breach of these terms or violation of applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content and software on Bd10 platforms are protected by intellectual property law. You obtain a limited, non transferible license to use the sites solely for personal entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from Bd10 content without express written permission.

Privacy and Data Protection

These terms constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Bd10 regarding use of the services and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
